Сьогодні 28.06 їхали з даною компанією зі Львова до Ужгорода! Виїзд був о 7-00 ранку, стало погано людині водії відреагували вчасно, довезли до точки висадки пасажирів номер автобуса 0704 це професійний водії , талановиті працівники! Все ситуації розрулили на місці, дякую! Все вчасно було!!!

Вперше скористався автобусом компанії хоча,переважно,обираю поїзд.Але тут було зручно по часу і локації. Мене вразила підтримка перевізника,яка завжди чітко координувала мене по питаннях. Дуже зручно відслідковувати автобус по GPS трекеру.Його надають за годину до відправлення автобуса. На мою думку дуже розумно зроблений логістичний прийом коли великий автобус йде по трасі,а маленьким збирають і підвозять пасажирів на шлях слідування великого. Зручні зупинки (я їхав з Радехова до Києва і через добу у зворотному напрямку).Вистачає часу на каву,туалет і швидкий ланч. Правильна тактика спрямована на марку автобусу Вантол💪Автобуси комфортні,вмісткі і надійні.Можливо є прогалини у вільній розсадці пасажирів і треба бігати по автобусу і питати де вільно. Водії охоче допомагають з інформацією. Мені пощастило двічі їхати на другому поверсі в першому ряду.Класний атракціон для дорослого коли ти їдеш вище фури:) Є додаток,де працює бонусна система.Через додаток можна підключитися до інтернету в автобусі. Я спокійно відношусь до затримок і форм мажорів,бо сам працював на транспорті.Мені пощастило прибути вчасно до хвилини на місце. Головне не включати царів і цариць і налаштуватися на вдалу і безпечну подорож. Будьте людьми,будьте українцями і не залишайте за собою сміття:) Дякую

How do I get a refund for my ticket?

What are the rules for rescheduling a ticket?

A ticket can be rescheduled only once, free of charge.
No later than 24 hours before departure.
Rescheduling is subject to seat availability and technical feasibility.
Once rescheduled, the ticket is non-refundable.

How long do I have to pay after booking?

After placing your order, your ticket is reserved for a limited time—30 minutes. Pay on time to avoid losing your reservation.

What baggage is included in the ticket price?

The ticket price includes one suitcase up to 20 kg and one piece of hand luggage up to 7 kg.

Terms for Traveling with a Child

Children under 10 years of age receive a 20% discount on the full ticket price.

Passengers under the age of 18 may travel only when accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Baby carriage	1 units. For transportation of a child under 3 years old who is a passenger of this bus on the selected flight. Counts as 1 piece of baggage and is transported in the baggage compartment folded and with wheels securely packed (as packaging, you can use a case, plastic film or other dense material)
Wheelchair	1 units. For a passenger who is a person with a disability. Counts as 1 piece of baggage and is transported in the baggage compartment, folded and with wheels securely packed/ (case, plastic film and other dense material can be used as packaging).

Extra baggage (international flight):	Standard luggage (400.00 грн) Linear dimensions should not exceed 160 cm (height + width + length), including wheels, pockets and handles. Maximum weight - 23 kg. It is possible to purchase 1 additional piece of baggage per passenger
Animals (with provision of a separate seat) (100% of the cost of an adult ticket)	If you want to take an animal with you, it must be placed in a cage with a solid bottom, the linear dimensions of which will not exceed 110 cm. Familiarize yourself with the rules for crossing the state border for animals, the necessary certificates and documents are indicated there. You must have them when you board and on the way. Your animal should be placed by the window, your place is closer to the aisle. A full ticket is purchased per animal.
Bike (400.00 грн)	Bicycles are accepted folded and with securely packed wheels (you can use a cover, plastic wrap and other dense material as packaging).
Oversized (%)	Transportation of oversized baggage is carried out only in agreement with the carrier. The price is negotiated upon coordination of transportation (if there is free space in the luggage compartment).
